So you are thinking about planning a trip to Italy. Where will you go? How long will you stay? How much will it cost? What have I forgotten to pack?

Just relax, We have done most of the planning for you. Use this website as a resource, then ask us anything... We can make your next vacation the best you have ever had!

Planning a well thought out trip requires some time and detail work. First You need to contact our office at: (212) 784 0259 . (800) 808 6237

You will be asked theese questions, so please be prepared:

• Is this your first time to Italy?
• When would you like to go on your trip?
• For how long?
• How many people traveling?
• Do you all have valid passports
• Do you have a estimated budget of expenses per day?
• Do you and your party have a current passports and Identification?
• Is there anything of particular importance you must do... ie: "See Rome"?, Mode of travel: by fast train, self drive car, Vespa scooter or chauffeur-driven car services?

What To Expect

Once you have contacted our office. We can assist you in planning your trip. Travel Arrangements and Detailed Itineraries will be provided, as well as easy to read instructions and a guide notes.

It is our mission to serve you. You will receive expert care and service. If there is anything you need... Just ask!

What To Bring

Packing for a trip abroad can take some thought. We can provid a detailed packing list for you.

Basic Ideas:

• Walking clothing / Shorts / swim suit etc.
• Casual outfits for day travel, drinks at the bar etc.
• Not Formal dress, business attire for city functions and theater.
• Formal dress for city dining, and theatre.
• Comfortable walking shoes, Sun Glasses, and a good day bag.
• Travelers Checks/local money is the Euro (E). We recommend you bring your own US Bank debit card usable at local banks ATMs.
• Travelers Checks / Money (We can suggest exchange rates etc.)
• Camera & Plenty of Film!!!

The Language, Translation, And Currency Exchange

We can recommend books for you such as Berlitz Phrases, Art Masterpieces and Italian History, plus books on wines and cooking.
